For Stressed Out Teachers

High school is an important phase of educational process. Nonetheless, this is also the time when students are going through a difficult and sometime painful physical and emotional maturation process. Teachers, especially involved in this sector, get to bear the brunt of all this mental, behavioral and emotional changes. Teaching, as we know, can be pretty stressful, especially, when we are dealing with difficult kids.

On the other hand, if a teacher is mentally grounded and emotionally stable, he/she can be a source of strength, inspiration and personal example to students. A calm, secure and happy teacher will rub off those qualities onto his/her students. Our program is designed to help you develop these qualities so that you can do a better job without going insane while dealing with sometime rebellious and difficult section of the population.

You will learn how to:
  • Keep your personal sanity
  • Manage your personal emotional and physical health
  • Learn to accept your students
  • Deal with anger, personal jealousy and rivalry issues
  • Become a better role model for students
  • Teach better and inspire with personal example
  • Help students to reach their potential and how to make the best of difficult yet highly potential phase of their lives

FAQs

What is the central theme of this program?
To help you cultivate what you aspire in your students. A teacher can only give to his students what he/she has.

My students drive me crazy? Can this program help me?
Yes, for sure. We will teach how not to take things personally and spoil your life by bringing your school to your home and then taking this out of on your own family.

When students do not listen to me, I feel worthless and inadequate?
It is normal to feel a fleeting sense of disappointment when this happens, yet it should not become part of your life. You can not afford to feel worthless every time somebody does not listen to you. We can provide lasting solutions for your self-worth and self-esteem issues.

If I choose to enroll in this program, how much time am I supposed to spend on it for optimal results?
Discipline is very important. You have to think of all the time you misspent on useless things in your waking life. If you can take out 30 minutes initially each day, it will serve you a big way by transforming your life.

My school colleagues might be interested. Can you do a free Demo for our group or school?
Yes.

Harnessing Mindfulness

Good Morning Parmjit
I apologize for taking so long in contacting you.  I wanted to let you know that the evaluations sheets we handed out after you did the session for our Divisional Day (way back in October) were all excellent.  Every single staff person who attended your session was very pleased with it. They all found it very relaxing and said that they would enjoy a further session and recommend you to other departments who were having a department day similar to the one you presented your session at.

Also, I should mention that you may in the very near future hear from one of my co-workers asking you to do a session for our individual team. She is working on the logistics with our manager to see what we can do about having you come to one of our
meetings.

Once again, I want to thank you for the wonderful session you did for us and wish you the best in 2009.
