Program for Adults

In the age where multitasking is the 'in-thing' (though it is shown to be not working*) and we strive head-over-heels to fit into the image of productivity and progress—self-alienation, beaten-down self-esteem, stress, depression, insomnia, growing meaninglessness in life, fractured relationships, declining physical, mental and emotional health are the natural consequences. Owing to the lightning speed of our current life, we surrender the ability to 'think correctly' and unwittingly fall into 'mindlessness', a sort of premature cognitive commitment where we live on 'auto-pilot' and accept our personal image, thoughts, attitudes, emotions, perceptions and even our state of health & well-being as an unalterable reality dictated by genes or circumstances.

The personal cost of such approach to life, as we know from social surveys and personal experiences, is mind-boggling. In consequence we spoil our health, loose sleep, get stressed & depressed, learn negative behavior, adopt self-critical attitude, and above all lose the ‘meaning' in life despite all the richness.

Personal SOLVE (Personal Self-Oriented Learning, Validation and Evaluation), however, is designed to hand back you the control of your health, wellness and life. It will facilitate you to tune back into your 'authentic inner self' and is based on the principles of 'Right Thinking', 'Right Understanding' and 'Right Action'.

I apologize for taking so long in contacting you.  I wanted to let you know that the evaluations sheets we handed out after you did the session for our Divisional Day (way back in October) were all excellent.  Every single staff person who attended your session was very pleased with it. They all found it very relaxing and said that they would enjoy a further session and recommend you to other departments who were having a department day similar to the one you presented your session at.

Also, I should mention that you may in the very near future hear from one of my co-workers asking you to do a session for our individual team. She is working on the logistics with our manager to see what we can do about having you come to one of our
meetings.

Once again, I want to thank you for the wonderful session you did for us and wish you the best in 2009.
